Friday, June 5th | 5:30 to 8:30pm

For those of you who are arriving on Friday, we’d love for you to join us at our welcome party! Feel free to come an go as you please, it’ll be casual and dinner and drinks will be provided. Please park in the main parking lot at 445 Green Gate Road and we’ll have shuttles to take you to and from the party.

Attire:

Shuttles and Transportation:

We will have a few shuttles running from the hotels listed above. More details on shuttles to come (aka what time they’ll be departing from the hotels.)

There is also a large parking lot at the venue. If you opt to drive and end up consuming a few beverages, we ask that you uber or shuttle home and pick up your car in the morning before noon :)
